Industry Odisha Bureau, Sept 29: Former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has announced a partnership with Open AI, saying he will explore more ways to use ChatGPT and also share his experience with others.
Taking to his X account on Monday, Sachin announced the collaboration. He also said that many “interesting things” are also planned. OpenAI describes the arrangement as a multi-year partnership which focuses on showing how ChatGPT can be used for everyday learning, exploring ideas and practical tasks.
Tendulkar also shared how he has been using ChatGPT. Sachin said his curiosity often takes him from one question to another. He also mentioned how the chatbot has encouraged him to continue exploring different topics. He has also used CHatGPT for practical purposes. Citing a recent example, he said that he used GPT to plan his recent family trip.
Further, OpenAI’s collaboration with Sachin Tendulkar will feature the latter’s experiences with ChatGPT through content, campaigns and other activities. The partnership is aimed at demonstrating how people can use the AI tool for interests, ideas and everyday tasks as well.
An officially released video shows Tendulkar asking ChatGPT to identify him within 10 questions. Eventually, the interaction leads the chatbot to identify him correctly.
I’m excited to announce my partnership with OpenAI. We have some interesting things coming up, and I can’t wait to share them with you.
I’ve always been curious… One question usually leads to another, and ChatGPT has certainly encouraged that habit. But it has also proved useful when I’ve needed to get things done, like planning my last trip with the family.
That’s what I’m looking forward to with this partnership. Discovering what else I can do with ChatGPT, sharing what I find useful, and encouraging more people to give it a try with something they care about.
A question, an idea, something you’ve always wanted to explore. There are so many places to start.
Looking forward to exploring together.

This partnership comes as OpenAI expands its presence in India. Notably, India had more than 100 million weekly ChatGPT users in February, OpenAI said. These included teachers, developers, students and entrepreneurs too. Meanwhile, OpenAI has also launched its “OpenAI for India” initiative, covering AI access, workforce skills, and local infrastructure.
In a separate news, OpenAI and Tata Group have separately announced a partnership covering AI infrastructure and enterprise adoption. This includes plans to develop local AI-ready data centre capacity
