Industry Odisha Bureau, April 13: The Ministry of Coal is not able to auction 66 coal mines under the Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Act, 2015, due to various reasons including some coming under the notified Eco-Sensitive Zones (ESZ), officials said. Out of the total 204 coal mines under the Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Act, 2015, 138 coal mines have been successfully allocated by the Ministry of Coal.
