Bhubaneswar, Feb 26: Commuters on NH 16 in Bhadrak of Odisha reportedly witnessed a heavy traffic congestion for nearly eight hours. The traffic jam began around 11 PM on Wednesday near the Dhamara railway overbridge, leaving hundreds of vehicles stuck on one side of the carriageway, particularly on the Bhadrak–Balasore route.
