Industry Odisha Bureau, April 16: World-renowned TIME magazine’s 2026 edition of ‘TIME 100’ list of most influential people in the world has featured tech icons Google CEO Sundar Pichai and YouTube CEO Neal Mohan prominent among others.
Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor (fondly called Chocolate Boy by fans) and celebrity chef Vikas Khanna have also carved a niche in the TIME 100 among the Most Influential People 2026 luminous list.
Apart from the above-mentioned towering personalities, brother-sister duo Dario and Daniela Amodei of Antrophic and AI Chatbot Claude, Nvidia CEO C.C. Wei (creator of current AI boom), Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan, Pope Leo XIV, Artemis Mission Commander Reid Wiseman, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, Japan’s first woman Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi, and Nepal’s young Prime Minister Balendra Shah have also been the glorious stars in the ‘TIME 100 2026’ galaxy.
Notably, the ‘TIME 100’ annual edition accords recognition to prominent personalities having made a mark in the fields of science & technology, entertainment, politics, culture and business, and also influence global narratives through their leadership, social impact, creativity, innovation and above all global narratives.
