In addition, two multi-purpose welfare pavilions at Kuchinda Yatra Podia and Kundaposhi at a cost of Rs 5.14 crore and the foundation stone of the new office of Kuchinda Notified Area Council at a cost of Rs 6 crore have been inaugurated.
The new community center dedicated to the public will be very helpful for various social activities of the poor and common people of the area such as brataghara and marriages, he said.
Pradhan said that the double engine government is committed to providing all-round development, sanitation and improved citizen services to Kuchinda sub-division.
The projects dedicated and laid today will strengthen the communication system of Kuchinda subdivision and strengthen the rural economy. The launch of a new sanitation vehicle to keep Bamra city clean and beautiful will make urban life more convenient, he said.

“We aim to provide clean drinking water through pipes to every household and to provide water to the farmland through the ‘Parvati Giri Irrigation Project’. Efforts are underway to build an underpass for the market area along with a railway overbridge in Bamra in the coming days,” he informed.
Pradhan has once again called for a collective effort to increase the income of the farmer brothers by promoting the chili crop of Kuchinda on a commercial basis.
The Union Minister further said that the cooperation and empowerment of our mothers is essential to build a developed Odisha and a developed India.
“Therefore, our government has made the ‘Nari Shakti Bandhan Bill’ to respect women’s power and bring mothers into the mainstream of society,” Pradhan said.
Under this historic Bill, 33 percent reservation has been made for mothers in the Legislative Assembly and Lok Sabha, which will give mothers the power to involve them in key decisions of governance and administration.
He said that the ‘Lakshapati Didi’ scheme is giving mothers a new identity by making them financially independent today.
